  • For large-item delivery (furniture/appliances), additional requirements (delivery access, stair or elevator access, room of choice delivery) may apply and will be communicated at checkout.

7. Assembly & Installation

  • Unless explicitly stated, assembly and installation are not included. White-glove delivery or professional installation services may be available for an additional fee; terms for those services will be provided at purchase.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Returns Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds. Items may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, and condition requirements (unused, original packaging).
  • Some items (custom, clearance, floor models, final-sale items) may be non-returnable; such restrictions will be disclosed on the product page.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply to products and are separate from these Terms. Warranty coverage details are provided by the manufacturer.

11. Risk of Loss

  • For items shipped, risk of loss and title transfer to you upon the carrier’s pickup unless otherwise stated. For in-store pickup or local delivery, title and risk transfer on the earlier of pick-up or delivery completion.

12. User Accounts

  • You may create an account to place orders, save preferences, and view order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

13. User Content

  • If you submit reviews, ratings, images, or other content, you grant ShopSwift a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have rights to submit such content and it does not violate any third-party rights.
